Rain don't care about their customers.
My money R650 x 2= R1300 ,was deducted twice by rain, when I ask rain to reverse my money R650 they tell me to wait 7 -10 working days,how is it possible to wait that long,it's their problem,they are the ones who deducted twice,I don't owe rain, every month I make sure I pay 2 or 3 days before my actual date,they just don't care about their customers,today is the 1st may ,I need to pay my daughter's school transport with that money rain took, kindly assist( I have 4 reference numbers imagine 4.
