Rain don't accept payment from my bank

I'm having a problem with Rain, I have completed all necessary requirements for my daughter's laptop and the Rain internet page says "You're almost there....". When it ask me for OTP number from my bank it gives the option of cell phone or e-mail. However when I type in the OTP number it just says to try again. Rain deducts the R479 from my account then immediately returns it, saying payment failed. I went to my bank (Standard) and they said "nothing wrong on their side, the problem is with the Rain account. My daughter need the internet because she is falling further behind in her study as she have to complete her tasks on the cellphone. Rain could be working in Alaska as far as their customer service concerns, they do not give physical address, telephone is useless, do not come back to people. I'm loosing my trust in them....
