Rain doesn't work in the Rain....or at hardly at all.

Rain network is terrible. I was waiting for the fibre lines to be installed and go live. Until then I had rain for a month, however I couldn't even use it to work from home. I then logged a ticket. And low and behold the package upgraded. Keep in mind that a rain tower was atleast 400m away from my then location. I incurred extra expenses as I was forced to buy data and Hotspot. Now Rain is trying to Debit the amount of R900. I refuse to pay for something which was not beneficial. I have installed fibre and will gladly pay my isp on time every Month. Imagine starting work and the wifi decides to show a red light(no connectivity). This happened frequently. I have work log in times to prove this.
