Rain doesn't want to swap router or refund my 5g subscription

I bought rain 5g router about a week ago delivered 9th of februay 2022 it only connect 1 hour or so after it keep on saying device is currently off,WiFi networks doesnt connect,I immediately phone contact centre to inform about their router having problems they promise to swap the router WiFi issue until today no new router ,I phone and email without any help ,they keep on promising to send technicians, no one arrived ,I cancel my subscription of R499 ask for refund and they still can't help what a worse service from Rain,I need my refund back
