Rain doesnt want to refund me

Rain doesnt want to refund my money, I was double debited and now its been 8 months of asking for a refund, different consultants tried to help me but they all failed.The service is very disappointing, as if thats not bad enough I still get messages that am owing them while they are owing me, the Consultants don't understand what a negative balance on a client statement means,it means theres a refund.Am tired I need help ASAP.
