Rain doesn’t want to refund me

I cancelled my rain subscription 2 weeks ago because it’s been giving me problems to the point where I didn’t have any internet connectivity for over two weeks and had many escalations that were not attended to. When I cancelled I asked about my refund since I paid for the month an April but didn’t have any service and the lady assured me that I’ll be refunded. I still haven’t been refunded and no one seems to want to assist me with my refund. To top this off they attempted to debit my account on the 1st of May after my subscription was cancelled. This is the worst company to deal with cause they have zero customer service.
