Rain doesn't value nor prioritize their customers, what they are good at is making empty promises, I make payments on time and don't miss my payments but Rain fails to deliver, I pay for a service that is not being delivered, I forever don't have internet connection, I have called more than 10 times, the fone is being put off on my ear, if I get a consultant he/she will tell me to reset the router, which I will do but no luck, he/she will tell me to reboot, which I will do but still no luck, I've rebooted that router for more than 20 times but still NO INTERNET CONNECTION!!! I'm being told my router is connected to a secondary Site, when you ask as to why we're u disconnected from the primary Site no one can give u an answer, wat they will tell u is that they are escalating the matter to their technicians, escalating the matter until when? I have tons of tickets but nobody is coming back to me, WHAT AM I PAYING FOR???? RAIN YOU ARE A **** PERIOD!!! One of the tickets ***5
