Rain doesn’t sort out the device

The device is no longer performing and Rain won’t send a Technician out. Calls ***8, and ***2. I also notice from Hellopeter customer reviews that Rain uses agents in South Africa to sign you up but uses agents in India to hear your complaints- that way you’ll phone many times for your issue to be resolved.
