Rain doesn't respond...
Rain doesn't respond to us as customers and I can't log in on my app I've been trying to log in for a period of month now I can't pay my account please Rain assist me

Please be advised, that we do see that your account has been placed on futurepayrun, this means that you are an upfront paying customer, there is an invoice on the account but it would only be due on the 25th, once payment is deducted. We have provided you with a password reset link to the email address linked to the rain account, simply follow the steps to change your password, once completed, you will be able to sign into your rain account.
