Rain Doesn't Respect it's Customers

We have to be honest sometimes but when you call the customer care line people are always having a party in the background and this is one of the first things I want to point out because this is a sign of the lack of professionalism in this place.

I've been two going on three days without any internet connection and the organization is fully aware of this matter but will they bother to assist a client of over 5 years??? No.

The service is so bad and that I had to first check if maybe I wasn't paying my account to justify the type of behavior that I'm getting from the organization.

I've been without network for too long in a house that utilizes internet in almost all devices TV's and mobile.

But I now know that as long as money is paid Rain doesn't care whether or not I'm connected. This company is a bunch of ****mers who will lure you in with low premiums but no connection.
