Rain doesn’t deserve this 1 star. They don’t care about customers.

If you’re reading this because you’re considering subscribing to Rain, don’t. Stay away. It’s a pity that I can’t rate them 0 because that’s what they deserve. Their customer service is nonsense and their support is *******. I cancelled my subscription at the end of March yet they still keep on trying to debit my account, even for months when I haven’t used their services. They tell you that there is a delay in cancellations being processed yet this is not specified anywhere, even in their T’s & C’s. You try to escalate things to people who are supposed to be team leaders, and they ignore you and pretend to not be able to hear you over the line. There no point in trying to follow up via email because they will be also be ignored. Stay away!
