Rain doesn’t deliver.
What a ******* service provider. Only reason i use them as there is nothing else in my area, cancelled my ADSL to get so-called better speed upgrading from 10mb/s to the outdoor uncapped service possibly up to 300mb/s What a load of hogwash, i have not have had more than 15mb/s for over 2 years now. New router was shipped and installed. Still they same issue. Different installation areas, still no joy. I tried to cancel and then they say they will send someone to come resolve the issue. Still nothing. Imagine paying R999 per month for ****py 10mb/s service.

08 Feb 2023, 08:52And still nothing!!! A month later after the supposed technician will phone. I had to incurred costs to get a sorted by a 3rd party. Lets talk money RAIN. 2 years of service at 10% of the speed delivery I was suppose to get.
Installment : 24 x R999 = R23,976.00
3rd party vendor : R350.00
Equipment supp**** by 3rd party: R2,500.00
Total : R26,826.00
Installment at the 10% service delivery : 24 x R99 = R2,376
MINUS what I paid already: R21,600
What you owe me! : R21,600 + R350 + 2,500.00 = R24,450.00
I need you to resolve this now!~!
What is your solution going to be for this?
