Rain doesn't care about their client

I have tried to phone rain since last week Monday my router is not working. Last week Thursday they sent the technician guy but he was uable to fix the router. We went to Queenswood Pretoria on friday the consultant lady who help me(karabo) tested the router and it was not work, she tried the second, third and fourth one still it was not working. She suggested we went home with the router which was not working. On Saturday i call rain and they promise to sent the technician. But he never came. Yesterday which was monday they promise that they will send the technician guy but apparently the technician guy **** amd said he phone me a d spole with me for 20 minutes and the router is working. He **** Today i phone in the morning they said the technician will be in my house today but he never came. Its been 8 days without internet in my house***
