RAIN doesn't care about client services!
This is my 3 review on the same bad service by RAIN. On 28 August 2020 I had n reply on my previous review that an agent would be giving me a call. AGAIN this was not done.
I still have very bad service with RAIN. Still the towers in Lephalale have not been fixed. I stil have intermittend signal and then only enough for e-mail.
Does RAIN even care that people are leaving RAIN in leaps and bounds? Does RAIN care about me being one of their clients?
Are they even going to fix the problem?
If I could only get a straight answer I would know what to do!
