Rain doesnt care

Rain in not serious or taking us serious..i took a contract with them and with upfront payment..the sim was sent to ram for delivery and when i went back and informed then that their partner in crime which is ram didnt deliver and was treated with disrespect they kept quite. I requested to be reimbursed and cancel the product that i took and what steps u should take to do that, they are still quite as i haven't yet utilised their product neither has it reached me..i fail to understand why cant they follow up and also check with you if you have received the product abd also instruct the courier to make sure the product is deliverd instead they dont even bother as long they have received the money its fine..really disappointing for a new network provider
