Rain does not work

My wifi does not work at all. I would not suggest this service provider to anyone. The app glitches and when the diagnosis for poor wifi can be carried out, no one contacts you. Spend a little extra and get fibre. Dont waste your time. I am still waiting for Rain to contact me.
