RAIN DOES NOT WORK!!!

I don't think Rain deserves a star at all!!!! I have been calling their call centre for the last month but I am STILL having the same problems over and over AGAIN! They keep telling me that my Sim is pulling from a tower 40 km away from where I live! (***) They do not want to change this. Today I call them and SIMANGELE SIBIYA tells me that "I didn't tell HER" that I have a problem with my connection! I have sent countless of emails but still no proper service. RAIN SUCKS!!!!
