RAIN DOES NOT WANT TO CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION!

On the 21st of Feb I requested a call back from Rain as I was very much interested in their product, sales consultant assisted me, the process was fast and the service was excellent, except that they did not inform me if I have 5g in my area or not as that was gonna determine whether the router works or not, fast forward I received my 5G rain router very fancy was happy until I had to connect to it, :( it was red/orange the whole time, we literally couldn't connect at all!! we disconnected connected disconnected quite a few times, still couldn't connect. On the router there's an option to request for a call back and I did, still nothing. On the 2nd of March I called Rain, as I wanted to cancel services with them! gentleman assisted me, assured me the cancellation department would give me a call, I mentioned that I want to cancel the subscription immediately before they even start billing I don't wanna end up paying for services I did not receive!!! he said that department will call me later that day or the following day! Today is the 26th of March I keep getting messages from my bank saying your debit order has declined as there are insufficient funds in the very same account I gave them, I still haven't received a call from them I'm starting to wonder do they even have a cancellation department???I called again this morning told them of the same issue, lady who was assisting me assured me her manager will now take over... I don't know what to expect at this point, I don't want to create a bad credit record for myself but then again there's no way I'm paying for services not received..???Can someone anyone at RAIN assist!!!!!
