Rain does not refund for pathetic internet

Wow Rain...that is all I can say. My account was debited in full AGAIN after I was promised a credit.
The tower that we are on, is STILL giving issues. The last 2 nights we have had the most pathetic internet that I have experienced in my 34 years of life.
I will be taking my complaint further as Rain does not believe in giving credits for pathetic internet. You are not providing a great service.
Mark my words Rain....I will be canceling soon
