RAIN does not rain
DO NOT TRUST THEM. If there was a zero rating, Rain would be assigned that rating. Great customer service when you want to buy the product but no ability to communicate with them once you have received your order. No help with setting up. No phone lines active. No email correspondence. No confirmation that your request to cancel your subscription has been received. Had to cancel my credit card to avoid being charged next month. Disputing being charged for a whole month during my “7 day FREE TRIAL”. Avoid the aggravation of poor service and poor connectivity by never trying Rain. Have sent email to Carte Blanche. This looks like a ****.

I will only believe your promise of a refund once I see it in my account. Over the past week, I learnt very quickly not to trust Rain.
