Rain does not know what customer service Is!!!

I ordered a 4G sim in July And never recieved the sim. I have emailed them 3times regarding this matter. I also requested a refund and till today have still not recieved it.

They provide no customer service what so ever!!! No number to contact them on. No one ever replies to emails!!! They don't do anything.

Extremely poor customer service!!!
