Rain does not keep true to their trial periods and they keep charging us for service not used

I would like to rate we have had shocking service as we have had multiple issues with cancelling our package with rain after only using it for the 7 day trial period we were unhappy with the service and we cancelled it ... now we are being told the cancellation was unsuccessful we have been billed and are being told we are in arrears for a service we have not used outside of the 7 day trial period....

We are very unhappy with the service received service agents are unhelpful. Telling us that we owe them for something we have not used past the trial period. This is not right and Rains service is horrible.
