RAIN DOES NOT HONNOR ANYTHING

Very poor service. They sold me the promotion where the first month you only pay R1 and start paying at the beginning of the next month. They promised me the parcel will be delivered by Friday 27 October 2023 (today) but on the day I get a phone call of them telling me the parcel is only coming on the 31st October 2023 which means the promotion is irrelevant. When I phoned them to ask what is going on they didn't help at all. All they said is they will call me back but I'm still waiting. This is very poor service considering I just joined rain and already they show no care for their customers. Do not recommend these lying internet company, very very poor service
