Rain does not deliver good wifi and has a terrible service offering.

Rain is selling a very low end product and lying to people about their services and how effective their wifi solution is. The wifi solution has an option of requesting a call if there should be any issues with the service. I have requested a call on the 101 unit now almost 10 times and nobody has called me. The wifi solution keeps breaking up and losing connection. This negatively impacts my productivity and workflows. This is one of the worst solutions for wifi and I would not recommend this to anyone. Rain does not seem to care. Furthermore, it is very challenging to cancel my subscription. With so many other wifi solutions on the market, do yourself a favour and stay away from Rain as this will cause more headaches and you will loose valuable time.
