RAIN DOES NOT DELIVER

Why does one have to resort to negative reviews on Hellopeter to get a response from this company???

I have now logged numerous calls regarding a router that is not working properly. Promises of escalations...only one logged. And then a feedback email to say that the router was checked on their side and it's working OR IN THEIR WORDS - IT'S HEALTHY...WHAT A JOKE!. Really? So why does it keep cutting out? We are up to 20 times a day of intermittent connections. Promises of call backs...still waiting. Requested to speak to a supervisor or manager...still waiting. In the meantime I am losing money because I work from home and need my internet, ALL I WANT IS A REPLACEMENT ROUTER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! IS THAT REALLY SO HARD TO DO??????? THIS ROUTER IS NOT EVEN A YEAR OLD.
