Rain does not care about their customers!!

Rain is very quick to deliver when you apply, after that you are on your own. Their support does not exist. It has been 2 weeks since I logged a call asking them to bring me a power supply for my rooter because it is not working, to date I still have not received it. I've been following up everyday and each of their call center agents are telling me that they are escalating the matter but dololo!! none of their supervisors called me back. I went as far as asking them where I can buy the power supply myself since they don't want to bring it to me, guess what?? I was left hanging on the phone until I ran out of airtime. The same thing happened in Feb this year and I gave them a benefit of a doubt but I'm experiencing the same thing again. I spent a lot of money already trying to access internet for 2 weeks. Support does not exist with rain. I'm cancelling my subscription, its not worth it. I hope my cancellation request will be quicker than their failed support. There will be no payment made to them because I did not use their service
