RAIN DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CLIENTS
I have a monthly Rain uncapped data sim card. This sim card has not been working from 12 July 2020 and my account is up to date. Their call centre is closed so you cannot call them. I sent several messages to their support centre. I received the an email on 13 July 2020 with reference number *** that they will contact me within 24-48 hours and I still have not received ANY assistance. RAIN YOUR SERVICE IS **********.

This is the same response that I keep receiving and no one calls me. The fact there you do not have a phone number that works that we can call and speak to a person is disgusting. Please provide a CONTACT NUMBER and CONTACT PERSON that I can speak to. I WANT MY SIM CARD FIXED TODAY.
