RAIN DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THE URGENCY OF THEIR CUSTOMERS.

My mom's wifi has not been working for over 7 days now. She was promised that technicians will be sent for her. Non of that has happened. She only given this reference ***. Can someone sort this out. She's paying for a service, yet not getting it. This is totally unacceptable.
