Rain does not answer calls!!

I have been trying to call Rain for 2 days and no one answers. My payment was meant to go off on the 1st, Wi-Fi was working fine and I didn’t get an sms to say my payment didn’t go through. I realised my online payments were off and immediately paid on the morning of the 2nd. I have had no Wi-Fi after I made payment, I have been calling continuously and no one picks up or gets back to you. So I made payment for nothing?
