Rain does not allow one to cancel

I canceled my subscription of which was supposed to be effective from 1 August 2023 but I'm now being harassed for August September October subscription of which does not make sense as I actually canceled and Noone did anything to cancel i even got an email that it was to be escalated but a year later im being harassed

How can there be 3 invoices missed is your cancelation 3 months waiting period? I called for cancelation effective 1 August 2023 I don't have a reference but I'm sure your calls are recorded and further to email send with reference that I put you can investigate

I called in for cancelation and that reference i gave was email to confirm that cancelation was done from 1 August I don't understand what you mean you can't find it when I copied and pasted from email I received the same way you are wasting time is same way you do when one wants to cancel I've canceled with mweb no problems at all.
