Rain Do NOT TRY THEM!!! Very bad service and not worth the money!!!

***?? Seriously?? Ive complained for how lomg and how many months now?? You were meant to have a technician here again... by last Friday latest!!! I am still waiting!!! Such disgusting service!!! Cancel my account and I want my last 3 months payments back!!! Soooo embarassing to attend Teams meetings with clients and your computer freezes alll the ti.e!!!

Hi I am yet to hear from you still, this is getting ridiculous now!!! I can't believe it actually, I've never had such bad service ever!! They called me yesterday, someone said the line was bad and they will call me right back and Did they?? NOOOOOOOO!!!!!! I am still waiting and after being promised last week a technician would be sent out last Thursday or Friday it's now a week later, no calls, no Technician!!! What the hell is happening? I'm losing business over this!! You should deduct my last 2 months payments as I haven't received what was promised to me in terms of Connectivity and I can't handle this anymore, it's very embarrassing for me with my clients!!
