RAIN: DO NOT TRUST... *******

They shouldn’t even get a star. They are *******. I tried rain 5G for a week and it was not satisfactory. So requested to return it(that was a mission to even get hold of them). After they eventually sent ram to pick it up, I thought it was sorted. No. They did not refund me, and they have been charging me monthly for a service not being used. You can’t get hold of customer service, and eventually by email they respond and say that they found the device but there was no power cable. I made certain everything was there because I did not want issues. After two months in their care, some must have taken it.

So this is their bull**** excuse. ******* and *****, NOT TO BE TRUSTED. This needs to go to the bigger media and destroy this company for their ************ behavior.
