Rain do not seem to have worked out their accounting system and could be dishonest.
To add insult to injury, I find that Rain has again debited my account with a monthly subscription. This now means that they have been paid three times for a subscription for my Domestic Worker. My Domestic paid her account on the 1st of November R625 Rain deducted from my bank account on the Ist November R625.00 Today 5th November Rain deducted another R625.00 from my bank account
I am unable to contact Rain as I am not a customer. Their system does not allow a non-customer to make contact, as my ID is not registered with them.
In response to my last message to Hellopeter, Mohammed contacted me on Friday 1st of November and asked for more information. I said I would call him back within a few minutes with the information. He said he wouldn't give me a contact no, but he would call me back in a few minutes. I am still waiting. I never gave Rain permission to deduct money more than R1.00 from my account
Why is Rain so secretive and it appears dishonest?

You have not explained why you have debited my account a second time, despite all the bad publicity you are going through via Hellopeter. Your apparent dishonesty and pathetic response, in my opinion, show your lack of care and responsibility towards your customers.
Mohamed asked for the account details of my domestic, but as I needed to find them, I asked to call him back. He said he would call me back in a few minutes. (but he refused to give me his telephone no ????) And I am still waiting 4 days later (a few minutes?). He was then going to change the account details.??? to sort out the account. But instead, I was debited again.
