Rain do not respond.
I cancelled my Rain contract a few weeks ago using the Rain App due to poor service, which was reported frequently. The message was that an agent would call me to collect their router. To date not one call even after again cancelling using the app and sending numerous emails to Rain. Rain appear not to respond to anything. Poor show.
