RAIN DO NOT RECOMMEND

I would not recommend Rain as they over charge people with their account.They charged me for services I did not even use.They billed me twice in one month apparently it is upfront fees all of a sudden.As we all know you are only suppose to pay once every month but they double charged me and now all of a sudden it’s upfront.I was told by one of the consultants that they can just take money whenever they want too.They are trying to make me understand that even if you use or don’t use they will still bill you.Has anyone ever heard this before? I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM I HAVE ALWAYS HAD BILLING ISSUES WITH THEM!
