RAIN DO BETTER

So it's been a few months since my last review and well after a few exchanges with PK nobody came out and nobody kept in touch!

Fun fact : my internet with rain has been off for 1 and half months because I didn't pay it. I finally put it back on today because I need it. And was hoping they'd fix the connection problem. No such luck.

It's 1am and I can't even CHECK MY INTERNET SPEED ON THEIR WEBSITE THAT'S HOW SLOW MY INTERNET IS. The is a tower/site 0.8km away from my house and still!!!! I barely reach 1mps most times!

Rain please stop using COVID as an excuse for your ****ty service. Your website is completely new since the last time I was on it plus you have 5G towers in Cape Town now and you have ads on every second YouTube video! Do better! We are paying for this stop ripping us off (us = me and everyone else on the Rain Complaint Facebook page)
