Rain dissconected my service cause i didn't go into the future to pay my account

How is my account overdue ify payment date is in the future, got a call from a guy in Philippines who said i must email proof of payment, i ask gow am i suppose to email with no internet? And my payment is due in the future. Now i cant work from home today. I really wish i could just talk to a south african.
