Rain dissappointing period

I ordered on the 4th October 2023 and till today I have NOT recieved my order, being sent from pillar to post when calling, you told the matter is escalated and no response. I was refered to CCD couriers and they sent me back to rain. I have paid more just on follow ups before even use the network.

How does one trust a business that does this from the initiation of business??????
