Rain dishonest about download speeds
Lie about download speeds,they throttle every download from steam,YouTube, psn store etc ,there is not one site that isnt throttled in download speeds,speed test shows 9 to 15mbs but is not carried over to download speeds ,very unfair and dishonest as they state they do not throttle any downloads.best download speeds on 4g unlimited you will get is 300 to 400kbs
