RAIN DISHONEST
I'm not happy the way Rain consultant has assisted me, I haven't been using the service for almost a year and when I wanna reconnect I'm being told that I have been charged for the subscription which has accumulated R1400 this is not fair that when I signed up there was no communication that is not a month to month but a subscription

The way I understand rain is pay as you use and the amount how did I accumulate it if I was not using the services yes it was active on your site but can you present a usage report that I have been using the services? To me the amount is a two month billing
