RAIN Disgusting service provider

I requested outdoor router for so many times as my current connected indoor is not working for me. It only connects 2 mobile fones in bedrooms and their network coverage doesnt reach the entire house...The connection is very poor and sometimes doesnt work at all for several days

The last I receive their ...their technician advised me to take the router outside and it's not possible

Can somebody come to my rescue with both outdoor router and connection issue
