Rain disaster

I ordered a product from Rain on the 13th March, we had to cancel the product and I was promised a refund on the 16th March. I have called them almost everyday and they promise to get back to me and that they will escalate the issue and to this day I have not received a call back or my money. The service from this company is appalling. You must pay upfront and then when there is an issue you don't get any response. I have asked to talk to managers, but they just don't call back.
