Rain disappoints yet again

I seldom call the Rain call center because of the horrible service. This is not my 1st experience with a consultant making me hold then the call being disconnected. They have my profile open, no one calls back, no answer resolves your issue. I called back again and I was told that they will assist and again, the call hot disconnected. This is my last resort as I am getting no help with their call center or ask rain app. I am exhausted 😩
