Rain Disappoints don't take it up

Utter ******* system, you register then pay upfront and then their eRica gives you a run around saying the proof of address is invalid. Endless calls to their support which is pathetic because they cannot really help you but push a ticket to another department which in turn stuff you up by not responding with full details on how to resolve the issue. All you get is a Your matter has been resolved but yet you still fail to Rica.

This is total bull, now they have my money and I am not a customer yet. The refund process takes 5-10 working days. Why not register and become a customer once Rica is done then ask for payment to activate product??

I am truly disappointed and would not recommend it to anyone.
