Rain disappoints again

Rain does not stop surprising me. Just when I think the last experience was better, they prove me wrong. And the lack of access to their support does not help at all. I woke up today to find out that they took R913 from my account and sent me an invoice with a data break-down. Tried to call them and they couldn't assist, kept asking for the ticket number and promising an agent would be in touch.

I am extremely disappointed and their support does not equate to the size of the organisation.
