Rain disappoints AGAIN

i have requested a refund of my last payment and RIGHTFULLY so! Once again rain just ignores their customers as they have the money and don’t care if they loose customers and rob them blind, quick to take money not so quick to provide service!!!! I have gone through rain reviews and it’s very apparent I am not the only unhappy customer!
