Rain disappointment again

This is the 3rd weekend where Rain has cut off our wifi, no explanation as to why. They never respond to emails or answer the phone, our account ***3 is paid in full but yet we get treated like *******. Honestly if you need wifi I wouldn't recommend rain not even to my worst enemy

Can you please switch our wifi on, why do we have to beg for a service that we paid for, or at least respond to numerous emails that we sent to you. Do your job, your customer service sucks big time
