RAIN: Dipesh Patil - Fabulous customer service Since 3 days back I have had NO network at all, I have called Rain over 40+ times in these 3 days speaking to all different agents with no help at all, yesterday I had reached my limit and asked to cancel my services. The agent I spoke with was totally uninterested whether I stayed or cancelled. I then received a call from a gentleman Dipesh Patil, who went over and above his call of duty to assist me and make sure I stay on 1 more day till he resolves my query. Strangely so my issue was sorted out that same evening, I had a steady connection all that night and until now. He still called me again today to make sure I was connected and I was going to stay on with RAIN. This gentleman is a real asset to RAIN, he made sure not to allow me to cancel until he resolved my issue. He reassured and apologised profusely many times for my inconvenience. RAIN should really be acknowledging and rewarding him for going the extra mile to assist clients. I have also spoken to Krishna, Pranav and Sushant and all 3 were sincerely trying to assist me but were unfortunately unable to. I believe these gentlemen are from the international call centre, they are all very well mannered, apologetic and sincerely try to help. Whereas our local SA call centre agents seem annoyed that we call them when we have issues.
