Rain deserves a ZERO STAR RATING

I logged an official complaint via HelloPeter on November the 9th. I received a call from the social media manager on Friday the 10th.

I was promised feedback on the same day and that the issue will be resolved. It now November the 15th and still no further feedback nor has my situation been resolved.

On top of this, I have made multiple calls to customer service since June 2023 and last week an operator promised the manager will contact me to send out a Technician. 1 week later and no response.

People, PLEASE DO NOT MAKE USE OF RAIN's services.
