RAIN - Deplorable after sales and technical service

RAIN speed is dire. Seems to be a nationwide issue. No-one from RAIN responds other than generic responses on the online chat. My speed is 2.11 download at best (on an advertised maximum of 10Mbps). We are in a critical time in this country with many of us trying to work from home and needing good service from our ISP's. Had I known this would be the case, I wouldn't have bought the SIM in the first place. RAIN is very quick to sell their products but have zero after sales and technical services.
